Our refund policy for monthly subscription plans is designed to offer users a fair and straightforward approach:
Users are eligible to request a refund if they have not consumed more than 50% of the allocated minutes included in their plan or 100 minutes, whichever threshold is reached first. This applies within the current billing period of 30 days.
It's important to note that refunds are applicable exclusively to the current billing period of 30 days and cannot be retroactively applied to previous billing periods.
Jane's Scenario: Jane is subscribed to the Starter plan, which grants her 150 minutes for each billing period. Her current billing period started 10 days ago, and Jane has utilized 60 minutes of her allocated time. Given that she's utilized less than 50% of her plan's minutes (which would be 75 minutes) and hasn't reached the 100-minute threshold, Jane is eligible for a refund for the current billing period.
John's Scenario: John is subscribed to the Agency Plus plan, which offers him 2000 minutes. Similar to Jane, his billing period also began 10 days ago. However, John has used 400 minutes. Although his usage is within the 50% threshold of his total plan minutes (which would be 1000 minutes), he has exceeded the 100-minute cap. As a result, John is not eligible for a refund for the current billing period.
Annual subscriptions are a prepayment for a one-year billing period, designed to provide enhanced affordability and value, offering two months free of charge as part of the package.
Refund Eligibility: Users of our annual subscription plans can request a refund within the first 30 days from the commencement date of their subscription.
Full Refund Scenario: A full refund will be issued if, within the first month of the annual plan, the user has used less than 50% of their allocated minutes or 100 minutes, whichever threshold is reached first.
Prorated Refund Scenario: A prorated refund covering a period of 11 months will be issued if, within the first month of the annual plan, the user has used more than 50% of their allocated minutes or more than 100 minutes.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and will not include any processing fees or transaction charges that may have been incurred during the initial purchase.
